In summary, when the Terms are published they will cover:

The relationship between you and Velanere LLC (a technology and marketing platform), distinct from your relationship with the independent physician practice that provides medical care.
That Velanere does not practice medicine, employ physicians, issue prescriptions, or own or operate a pharmacy.
That a doctor-patient relationship is established only after consultation with a licensed physician, not at the time of application or payment.
Subscription and cancellation terms, in compliance with the FTC Click-to-Cancel rule. Pricing is transparent. No dark patterns.
Texas-only operation at launch, and the geographic limits of the partner physician practice’s licensing.
That compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the disclaimers that apply to compounded therapy.
Limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
