The Reset is physician-led GLP-1 therapy, designed around your individual labs, history, and goals. Tirzepatide as the primary protocol, with semaglutide and FDA-approved alternatives available as your physician determines clinically appropriate.

This is not a five-minute questionnaire. It is real medicine, delivered the way real medicine should be.

Included in your protocol

Every protocol includes the same baseline of clinical care. No tiers. No upsells.

  • Welcome call with our clinical team within 48 hours.
  • Comprehensive lab panel through LabCorp or Quest.
  • Full physician consult, 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Monthly prescription, delivered in cold chain when applicable.
  • Portal check-ins at weeks 2, 6, and 10.
  • Re-lab and clinical summary at month three.

After the three-month protocol

Most patients continue beyond the initial protocol. At month three, your physician reviews your second lab panel and recommends one of three paths: continue at your current dose, adjust to a refined protocol, or graduate to maintenance dosing. The Reset is the beginning of your relationship with Velanere, not the end.

How it works

Seven steps. Roughly two weeks from intake to first dose.

  1. Step 01

    Day 0

    Intake.

Complete a structured intake covering your health history, goals, and medications. Pay the $299 initial consult and labs charge.

  2. Step 02

    Day 1-2

    Welcome call.

A 15-minute video call with our clinical team. Review your intake, answer your questions, confirm next steps. Your physician issues your lab order during or immediately after this call.

  3. Step 03

    Day 2-7

    Labs.

Draw at any LabCorp or Quest location, typically same-day or next-day appointment. Comprehensive panel covering metabolic, lipid, HbA1c, thyroid, liver, and kidney markers. Results return in one to three days.

  4. Step 04

    Day 7-10

    Clinical consult.

A 20 to 30 minute video consultation with your prescribing physician. Labs in hand. Discuss your history, confirm your protocol, define what success looks like for you.

  5. Step 05

    Day 10-14

    Ship.

Your prescription is fulfilled and shipped overnight in cold chain when applicable. Includes a written and video protocol guide and dedicated support.

  6. Step 06

    Month 1-3

    Titrate.

Monthly refills with portal check-ins at weeks 2, 6, and 10. Dose adjustments as needed. Side-effect management. This is where the work happens.

  7. Step 07

    Month 3

    Re-lab.

A second lab panel measures your response. Continue, adjust, or graduate to maintenance. You receive a written clinical summary for your records.

Why Velanere

Three things we’re not willing to compromise on.

Built for women

Designed around your biology.

Women metabolize, dose, and respond to these protocols differently. We design every protocol around that biology, with clinical decisions made for your individual physiology and goals.

Real clinical care

Real consults. Real labs. Real medicine.

Every patient has a real consult with a real physician. Real labs ordered, reviewed, and acted on. Real clinical decisions, made for you. No questionnaire-only shortcuts.

In step with the FDA

Compounding the right way.

We compound only molecules with established regulatory pathways. When the FDA expands the list, we'll be ready. Until then, we don't pretend otherwise.

Some things are refusals

What Velanere will never do.

Not everything is a brand choice. Some things are lines we won’t cross.

  • No gray market.

No “research use only” cop-out. Every prescription is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy.

  • No questionnaire-only care.

Every patient gets a real consult, real labs, real clinical decisions.

  • No generic protocols.

No copy-paste stacks. Your physiology is yours.

  • No subscription traps.

Cancel any time, no wind-down fee.

  • No weight-loss-clinic energy.

    That isn't what this is.

  • No advertising what we can't prescribe today.

When the FDA expands the list, we'll be the first to tell you. Until then, we don't pretend.

  • No secrets.

You see every decision your physician makes.

Why we built this

Velanere started where most good things do.

Watching the women in our lives navigate a wellness market that wasn’t built for them.

We saw what physician-supervised metabolic protocols actually did. Better sleep. Better labs. Better daily energy. We also saw how hard it was to find a clinic that took the work seriously. The questionnaires were too short. The consults were too fast. The clinical care was too generic.

So we built the clinic we wanted them to have. Real labs. Real physicians. Personalized protocols. Texas, to start.

The peptide clinic women were promised and never got.

Phase 2. Pending FDA action.

Radiance isn’t a feeling. It’s biochemistry.

Seven molecules under FDA review. The future of Velanere depends on what happens in July.

While we ship The Reset today, we’re also preparing for the molecules we believe should be available to our patients next.

On July 23 and 24, 2026, the FDA’s Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee meets to review seven peptides for inclusion on the 503A Bulks List. If the FDA expands the list, U.S. compounding pharmacies, including ours, will be able to legally prepare these molecules for patient-specific prescriptions.

We are not prescribing these molecules. We are preparing for the day we legally can.

Under FDA review (July 2026)

  • Tissue repair and gut lining support.
  • Wound healing and recovery acceleration.
  • Inflammation modulation, skin clarity, and tone.
  • Metabolic health and mitochondrial support.
  • Sleep regulation and longevity pathways.
  • Cognition, focus, and neuroprotection.
  • Deep sleep and stress recovery.

We’ve intentionally listed indications instead of molecule names. The molecules under review are public record on the FDA docket. Our role is to wait for clearance, not to advertise what we cannot yet prescribe.

The PCAC timeline

  1. July 9, 2026Last day public comments reach the committee.
  2. July 22, 2026Final comment deadline.
  3. July 23-24, 2026FDA Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee meeting.
  4. 6 to 12 weeks afterFDA publishes recommendations.
  5. H2 2026 / H1 2027Assuming favorable outcome, additional molecules become available state by state.

You can help us move faster

The FDA’s advisory committee accepts public comments on the molecules they’re reviewing. A single thoughtful comment from an affected patient often makes the record. If you’d like to submit one, here’s the docket. The committee reviews comments received by July 9, 2026.

Frequently asked

Hard questions, straight answers.

Still wondering something? Apply, and a member of our clinical team will answer in your welcome call.

  • What is The Reset, exactly?

The Reset is our three-month physician-led metabolic protocol. Tirzepatide is the primary molecule, with semaglutide and FDA-approved alternatives available as your physician determines is clinically appropriate. The protocol includes labs, a real physician consult, monthly prescriptions, and check-ins through your patient portal.

  • Who is The Reset for?

Women in Texas, generally 30 to 55, who want serious clinical care for metabolic health. Patients who value labs, real consults, and personalized protocols. Patients who are looking for the cheapest possible option, or who want a five-minute questionnaire to a prescription, will be better served elsewhere.

  • How is this different from other telehealth weight-loss programs?

We do labs. We conduct real, full-length physician consults. We design protocols around your individual biology, not a one-size-fits-all questionnaire. We're not the cheapest option in the category. We're built for patients who want real clinical care.

  • How long until I receive my first prescription?

From intake to first shipment is typically 10 to 14 days. The exact timing depends on how quickly you can complete your lab draw at a LabCorp or Quest location near you. We schedule your welcome call within 48 hours of intake and your clinical consult as soon as your labs return. If you're motivated and your nearest lab has same-day availability, the full process can move faster.

  • How do I know the medication is safe?

Every prescription is fulfilled by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy with full USP 797 testing for sterility, potency, and endotoxin levels through independent third-party labs. Every protocol is prescribed by a Texas-licensed physician based on your individual labs and history.

  • What about side effects?

GLP-1 medications can cause side effects, most commonly gastrointestinal symptoms like nausea, fatigue, and changes in appetite. Your physician will discuss the full side effect profile with you in your consult and design a titration schedule to minimize them. Side effect management is a primary focus of your check-ins at weeks 2, 6, and 10.

  • What molecules can my physician prescribe?

The Reset uses tirzepatide and semaglutide, plus FDA-approved alternatives like Zepbound and Wegovy when clinically appropriate. Your physician determines the right protocol for you in your consult based on your individual situation. Additional molecules may become available as the FDA expands compounding pathways.

  • Can I cancel?

The three-month protocol asks for a three-month commitment because that's the minimum window for a meaningful clinical outcome. Month-to-month is also available. We don't use dark patterns. Cancel anytime via the patient portal or by emailing support.

  • Are you available outside of Texas?

At launch, Velanere is licensed to serve patients in Texas only. If you're outside Texas, you can join our waitlist and we'll notify you when we expand to your state.

Thank you for trusting us with this work. We’re building carefully because carelessness in this category is how people get hurt. We’ll tell you the truth, prescribe what we can defend, and never advertise what we cannot.
